If there is any damage done to the product during the shipping process, please contact us as soon as possible and explain the damages and send the damaged product back to us within fourteen (14) days of the arrival of delivery. Once we have received the damaged product we will send out another copy at no additional charge.
If the client is unhappy with the final video copy, please contact us within fourteen (14) days with the complaint; we will be happy to fix the problem and send an additional DVD copy at no extra charge.

If there are any circumstances, beyond our control, that have prevented us from performing the services, we offer a full money back guarantee.
Delivery Policy
Please allow three to five weeks for the wedding video(s) to be completed, packaged and shipped. Standard shipping costs are included in any video purchase.
When purchasing additional DVDs at a latter date. Please allow two to three weeks for them to be completed, packaged and shipped. Shipping charges may apply for additional DVDs.
Change of Date Policy
In the event the client changes the date within 60 days of the scheduled event, Sonnet Realm Productions, has the right to charge the client a $150.00 date change fee.
Pay & Cancellation Policy
To secure your date, client must place a 25% Security Deposit. The final balance is due within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled event.
If client fails to pay any fee or installment payment, Sonnet Realm Productions has the right to cease services until payment is made.
If client chooses to cancel event, or fails to pay within fourteen (14) days of date, Sonnet Realm Productions has the right to withhold your 25% Security Deposit.
